The V12 Compact model is designed for fresh goods transport on small-sized commercial insulated vehicles normally used for urban deliveries  (maximum loading capacity 5 m3). Its main characteristics are the fast and easy installation; the only connection with the vehicle is the battery feeding cable.

Split Unit: condenser and evaporator installed separately. The condenser installation can be roof, front type or under-mount. The extra slim evaporator can be supplied both in the horizontal (roof) or vertical (wall) installation mode.

This model is available in two versions:

G: working on road with vehicle's battery feeding 12V DC.
GN: working also in stand-by, by means of a transformer 230VAC - 12VDC integrated in the condensing unit.

The EV12 Compact model is designed for fresh and frozen goods transport on small-size commercial insulated vehicles normally used for urban deliveries (maximum loading capacity 8 m3). This model is available in two versions:

FRIGlday is an innovative model designed for fresh goods transport on small-sized commercial insulated vehicles for urban deliveries. Its main characteristics is the "Hidden installation" inside the vehicles.

Split Unit: condenser and evaporator installed separately, the condenser is integrated inside the vehicle. The extra slim evaporator can be supplied both in the horizontal (roof) or vertical (wall) installation mode.

This model is available in two versions:

FRIGlday 1400-2500: working on road with compressor directly driven by the vehicles engine.
FRIGlday 2200 GN: working also in stand-bywith a 230V single-phase hermetic compressor installed inside the vehicle.

This compact model designed for fresh and frozen goods transport on small and medium size commercial insulated vehicles normally used for urban deliveries (maximum loading capacity 14m3 ).

This is a split unit meaning the condenser and evaporator are installed separately. The condenser installation can be roof, front type or under-mount. The extra slim evaporator can be supplied both in the horizontal (roof) or vertical (wall) installation mode. For heavy work with frequent doors opening it is also available with a special powered evaporator (S Version).

The 2100 model is available in two versions:

G: Working on road with compressor directly driven by the vehicles engine.
GN: Working also in stand-by with a 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase electrical motor installed inside the condensing unit.

This is a split unit meaning the condenser and evaporator are installed separately. The condenser installation can be roof, front type or under-mount. The extra slim evaporator can be supplied both in the horizontal (roof) or vertical (wall) installation mode.

The 3100 model is available in two versions:

G: Working on road with compressor directly driven by the vehicles engine.
GN: Working also in stand-by with a 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase electrical motor installed inside the condensing unit.

The 4100 Model is designed for heavy conditions work on small trucks normally used for urban and short distance deliveries of fresh and frozen goods (maximum loading capacity 27 m3).

Highly recommended for frozen food distribution. This model is available both in split version (condenser and evaporator installed separately) or packaged version (condenser and evaporator in a single set). The condenser  installation can be front type undermount type. The standard evaporator is aluminium made in order to better resist to strikes during loading operations. The extra slim evaporator can be supplied both in the horizontal (roof) or vertical (wall) installation mode.

The 4100 model is available in two versions:

G: working on road with compressor directly driven by the vehicles engine.
GN: working also in stand-by with a 400V three-phase semi-hermetic compressor installed inside the condensing unit.

This unit can be also supplied with the heating option (hot gas deviation or cycle reverse). In case of multi-temperature application, it is possible to ask for systems having more than one evaporator or any other customized solutions.

5100 Model designed for fresh and frozen goods transport medium and big insulated trucks normally used for medium and long distance deliveries (maximum loading capacity 35 m3).

The big exchanging surface grants a proper air change and a fast temperature decrease. This model is available both in split version (condenser and evaporator installed separately) or packaged version (condenser and evaporator in a single set). The condenser installation can be front type under-mount type. The standard evaporator is aluminium made in order to better resist to strikes during loading operations. The extra slim evaporator can be supplied both in the horizontal (roof) or vertical (wall) installation mode. This system is also available in Frigospoiler version.

The5100 model is available in two versions:

G: working on road with compressor directly driven by the vehicles engine.
GN: working also in stand-by with a 400V three-phase semi-hermetic compressor installed inside the condensing unit.

The 6100  is the top of the line model of the direct driven units designed for fresh and frozen goods transport on big insulated trucks normally used for medium and long distance deliveries (maximum loading capacity 45 m3).

The big air change capacity and the fast temperature decrease make this unit a valid alternative to the small diesel systems. This model is available both in split version (condenser and evaporator installed separately) or  packaged version (condenser and evaporator in a single set). The condenser installation can be front type under-mount type. The standard evaporator is aluminium made in order to better resist to strikes during loading operations. The extra slim evaporator can be supplied both in the horizontal (roof) or vertical (wall) installation mode.

6100 model is available in two versions:

G: Working on road with compressor directly driven by the vehicles engine.
GN: Working also in stand-by with a 400V three-phase semi-hermetic compressor installed inside the condensing unit.

Frigiline Transport Refrigeration: MOD 5500DFrigiline Transport Refrigeration: MOD 5500DFrigiline MOD 5500/7000/9000/11000 D

The 5500, 7000, 9000 and 11000 D models are equipped with an independent diesel engine that allows the operator to use the system separately from the vehicle's engine. By means of the electrical three phase motor connected to the mains supply it can work also when the vehicle stops. These systems have been designed for insulated trucks for medium and long distance transport (loading capacity from 25 m3 to 70 m3).

All models are available in the packaged version (condenser and evaporator in a single set) traditional split systems (condenser and  evaporator supplied separately) or split systems with under mount condenser. The evaporators are available in aluminium or ABS casings for all models according to the application needed.

The Polygram electronic control makes the refrigerating systems function in three different ways: -

  1. Start-stop sequence: the unit is on till the reaching of the set temperature, then it stops. It automatically starts again as soon as the room  temperature is different from the set temperature.
  2. Heat-cold functioning: the refrigerating system is on till the set temperature is reached and it keeps it unchanged by producing automatically heat or cold according to the needs.
  3. Silenced functioning: the set temperature is maintained by means of the diesel motor at low revolution rate.

 

 

Frigiline Transport Refrigeration: MOD 6000DSFrigiline Transport Refrigeration: MOD 6000DSFrigiline MOD 6000 DS

The 6000 DS model is featured by the use of a diesel generator that produces three-phase 400V current independently from the vehicle's engine. The refrigerating system fitted with semi-hermetic compressor is being fed by an electronically balances current. This unit can also work during vehicle's stop by connecting it to the mains.This system has been designed for insulated trucks for medium and long runs (max loading capacity 40 m3).

The use of the condensers and evaporators fan motors working with AC current makes the air exchange faster than normally done by traditional units thanks to an efficient air throw and air flow rate. The system is made o fa packaged unit with front mounted installation and an under mount generator. The evaporator is aluminium made in order to better resist to strikes during loading operation. The maintenance and services costs are highly reduced because the system works without belts and the diesel engine is installed separately from the refrigerating  circuit. The generator can be easily moved from the operating position to better enable the standard maintenance service.
